Kaaka Muttai actor Aishwarya Rajesh spills the beans about her next release

Aishwarya Rajesh, who struck a chord with her film Kaaka Muttai, will star in a fantasy rom-com called Kattappava Kaanom.

Aishwarya Rajesh, who made heads turn with her stupendous performance in the national award-winning drama Kaaka Muttai, spills the beans about her next film Kattappava Kaanom, a fantasy rom-com which is slated to hit screens this week.

Aishwarya Rajesh, who made heads turn with Kaaka Muttai, will next be seen in Kattappava Kaanom, a fantasy rom-com where she stars with Sibiraj.

“Instead of saying unique, I will say Kattappava Kaanom is a very special and lucky film for me because I got the chance to step into Hindi film industry when I was in the shoot of this movie. Working with Sibiraj and director Mani Seiyon has given me a new and wonderful experience,” said Aishwarya Rajesh.

“My character will be totally unique from my other films and it is very close to my heart too. When I plan to convince hero’s (Sibiraj) father on our love tale, the situation takes a u-turn, and I am quite sure that this scene will surprise the entire audience,” she added.

Produced by Madhusoodhanan Karthik, Shivakumar, Venkatesh and Lalith under the banner Wind Chimes Media Entertainment and directed by debutant Mani Seiyon, a former associate of director Arivazhagan, Kattappava Kaanom stars Sibiraj in the lead role. The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for the film have been acquired by Sri Green Productions.

Chandini Tamilarasan, Livingston, Kaali Venkat, Mime Gopi, Saravanan, Nalan Kumarasamy, Thirumurugan, Chitra Lakshmanan, Mimicry Sethu and Yogi Babu. Santhosh Dhayanidhi of Santhanam’s Inimey Ippadithaan fame has composed the music for the project.
