Nandamuri Balakrishna was in news recently for slapping an assistant on the set of one of his new films.

He might be in his latest fifties but actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is in no mood to quit. While the star was recently caught in a controversy where he was seen slapping his assistant and making him remove his shoes on the sets of his new yet-untitled Telugu film, a day later, he once again made headlines for performing a car stunt like a pro and without a body double for his upcoming Telugu film Paisa Vasool. On Sunday, the film’s makers released a video which features Balakrishna pulling off a car stunt on his own. His co-star Shriya Saran was also part of the scene and can be seen in a state of shock in the video.

On the career front, Balakrishna is shooting films at brisk pace. Having recently completed shooting for Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vasool, he has commenced shooting for KS Ravi Kumar’s yet-untitled next Telugu outing. The project happens to be his 102nd film and it reunites him with Nayanthara for the third time after blockbusters such as Simhaa and Sri Rama Rajyam. While he will be seen in a full-length mass-appealing avatar in Paisa Vasool, his role in his next film has been kept a mystery.

Balakrishna might also team up with Krishna Vamsi for a project titled Rythu, which might also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a crucial role. The film’s story will talk about the plight of farmers and Balakrishna is said to play a farmer. He is also getting ready to launch his son’s acting career and it’s most likely to happen next year.
