Rajinikanth in triple role in next film
After the success of Robot, southside legend Rajnikanth has finalised his next. Called Rana, the live action magnum opus will feature the superstar in a triple role, under the direction of KS Ravikumar.

Rana
, the live action magnum opus will feature the superstar in a triple role, under the direction of KS Ravikumar, who previously directed his two superhits, Muthu and Padayappa. Produced by Eros International in association with Soundarya Rajnikanth’s Ocher Studios Pvt Ltd, Chennai, the film will release next summer.
There will be a good dose of visual effects, taking ahead from Robot under the direction of Shankar. Charles Darby of Eyeqube Studios, and an Emmy Award winner, will oversee the VFX.
A R Rahman, Ratnavelu and Antony have been confirmed for the soundtrack, cinematography and editing respectively.
