Actor and reality star Veena Malik says 2012 has been a year lucky for her. She is doing six movies back-to-back, that include The City That Never Sleeps, under the direction of Haroon Rashid and produced by Satish Reddy.

Veena will now turn item girl in an upcoming Punjabi movie, Jatts Golmaal, which is being directed by Kshitij Chaudhary and has Arya Babbar in the lead role. She will be seen wearing traditional ensemble in the song.

“It was great fun. I loved the song and this is first time I had done an item number in a Punjabi movie.

I have never done that before and Farah Khan team has shot it amazingly. I am looking forward to it because it is a fun song and I hope people love it,” says Veena.

The former Bigg Boss contestant will be seen jiving and doling out thumkas in the item song that has been sung by singer Sunidhi Chauhan.
