CWG 2022 Day 3 Highlights: The Indian men's hockey team were ruthless as they thumped Ghana 11-0. Achinta Sheuli and Jeremy Lalrinnunga secured two gold medals for India.

CWG 2022 Day 3 Highlights: Achinta Sheuli secured a gold medal in the men's 73kg weightlifting finals at the Commonwealth Games 2022. He picked a total of 313 kg, 143 in snatch and 170 in clean and jerk. With this India's medal tally rose to six (gold: 3, silver: 2, bronze: 1). Jeremy Lalrinnunga had secured the second gold in the 67kg weightlifting final, during which he also injured his elbow. Meanwhile, boxing world champion Nikhat Zareen produced a commanding show in the women's 50kg round of 16 bout. The men's table tennis team eased into the semi-final with a 3-0 win over Bangladesh while the women's cricket team crushed Pakistan by eight wickets.
