Another nurse tests Covid positive at Hindu Rao Hospital

In Thursday’s case, the nurse was tested as part of a group of 76 healthcare workers — including doctors and ward staff — who had come in close contact with another nurse who tested Covid positive last Saturday. The 980-bedded super specialty hospital had to be closed for a day after this.
As of Wednesday evening, the health department had taken note of 2,161 people who had arrived in GB Nagar.

The eyes of 69-year-old victim were found missing after his body was released from the hospital morgue on Monday evening, said his son Sushanta Das died on August 18 at the hospital following a head injury he sustained after falling on a road. The body was then sent for post mortem.
