The 41-year-old British hotelier and presenter of Channel 5’s hard-hitting series ‘The Hotel Inspector’ said that a baffling choice of pillows and low-quality filter coffee in rooms were also big bugbears for guests.

“I can forgive most of the common mistakes I encounter around the country,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

“But the one I can’t abide is the inexplicable disconnection between how some hotels perceive themselves and the service they provide and how the ordinary customer sees them,” she added.
