Videos of cats and dogs taking care of their humans and showering them with love and affection are always one of the most delightful kinds of videos to watch on the Internet. There are some videos where they even take care of their humans when they have gone through some kind of pain, be it physical or mental. This video that was posted on Instagram by an influencer named Sammy Furrha, shows how his cat takes care of him when he gets surgery.
Furrha has previously shared that due to a complication, he needed to get an emergency anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. Since then, he has not been able to walk and has had to depend on his family for help and support. But then again, what is a family without your pet cat? So his cat named Chase has come to his rescue. “I was in pain after my surgery but then Chase showed up and made me feel so much better,” reads the text insert in this cute cat video.
The video shows how the man can be seen lying on his bed while the cat stays extremely close to him during this time. His left leg is the one that he had surgery on and it is the exact same leg that the cat is holding onto while it sleeps comfortably. It is common pet behaviour to hold one’s human’s pained area in order to help them heal. The cat video was uploaded on Instagram with a caption that reads, “He is a true healer!”
