'Barkha and I will marry soon'

Television actor Indraneil Sengupta proposed to real-life and reel-life girlfriend Barkha Bisht on and off the sets recently.

The actor, who has recently joined the cast of Doli Saja Ke Rakhna says, "I felt a little silly going through the conventional routine.. getting flowers, a ring and then going down on my bended knees to pop the question. But it was worth it."

That was Sengupta's character proposing to Bisht who plays Anupama in the show. A few hours later, Sengupta proposed again. Only this time it was for real.

Those rumours
He denies rumours about it being a PR exercise for the show. "I was planning to propose to Barkha on her birthday. "It was a coincidence that the proposal scene was shot on the sameday," he says. So, when are the couple marrying? "Soon", he says.
