The 27-year-old singer and Turner, 20, were spotted cosying up to one another at the MTV European Music Awards in Rotterdam on Sunday, reports Hollywoodlife.com.

Recently, Jonas said he enjoys getting to know new people in a mutual environment with some drinks.

“I’d like it to be really low-key. I think there’s this thing that happens where, with a first date, there’s just this immense amount of pressure on both sides that it just has to be kind of magical.

“But the whole purpose is to get to know somebody, get a vibe going and then, from there, you kind of decide, ‘Alright, do we want to do this again?’

“It’s like the first course. A nice low-key dinner, maybe a drink afterwards, and then that’s perfect,” Jonas said.

The news of the singer’s new relationship comes three months after he said that he is single and just taking life in his stride following rumours he was dating model Daiane Sodré.

“I’m very single, hanging out, enjoying life,” Jonas said.

Jonas’s last serious relationship was with model Gigi Hadid, 21, last year before she split with him for singer Zayn Malik.
