Ismail Darbar to compose for an epic show

The first thing that strikes a keen viewer of the BR Chopra’s Mahabharata is the music of the show. While a new production headed by Siddharth Tewary is up for a fresh version of the epic, the show needs to be backed with music of utmost finesse to live up to a similar stature.

The first thing that strikes a keen viewer of the BR Chopra’s Mahabharata is the music of the show. While a new production headed by Siddharth Tewary is up for a fresh version of the epic, the show needs to be backed with music of utmost finesse to live up to a similar stature.

So, the makers of the new version of Mahabharat have apparently got popular music composer Ismail Darbar on board for the music of the show. He is likely to compose the title track, which will set the tone for the show.
