Filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Kajol have come together for an episode of The Kapil Sharma Show and pictures from the reunion have been shared online. While the two were good friends in the initial days of their career, they had an infamous falling out and the gap was further widened when Karan wrote in his book that he didn’t want Kajol back in his life. However, last year, Kajol, along with husband Ajay Devgn appeared on Karan’s show, Koffee with Karan, putting an end to speculations.

Pictures from the Kapil Sharma Show shoot have surfaced online. Kajol wore a pink Zara pantsuit with sleek, straight hair while Karan donned his trademark printed jacket. Check out their pictures:

{{/usCountry}}Reports of a rift between Kajol and Karan surfaced when her husband Ajay’s film Shivaay had a box office clash with the filmmaker’s directorial venture, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Kajol posted a tweet validating a claim that Karan had paid for Shivaay to be given a low rating.
Karan wrote in book, The Unsuitable Boy: “The problem was actually never between her and me. It was between her husband and me, something which only she knows about, he knows about, and I know about. I want to keep it at that. I don’t really want to say what transpired. But I did feel that she needed to apologize for something she didn’t do. Prior to the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, there’s a lot that happened. Things were said, crazy accusations were made against me, that I had bribed someone to sabotage her husband’s film. I can’t even say that I was hurt or pained by it. I just wanted to blank it out. When she reacted to the whole situation, and put out a tweet saying, ‘Shocked!’ that’s when I knew it was completely over for me. The tweet validated the insanity, that she could believe I would bribe someone. I felt that’s it. It’s over. And she can never come back to my life. I don’t think she wants to either.”
