Kapil Sharma’s TV show writer arrested for murder

Abhishek Singh, one of the writers of The Kapil Sharma Show, has been arrested for being involved in a murder in UP in 2009.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Abhishek Singh who also went by the name Kera Singh had killed a fellow villager along with his uncle Manoj, who was arrested in 2011.

Abhishek was carrying a a bounty of Rs 30,000 on his head and after a tip-off, Special Task Force arrested him on Friday from his residence. The report further suggests that Abhishek was taken to Azamgarh by the STF after his arrest.
