Anybody who has seen Pooja Bedi matching steps with Hanif Hilal last year in reality TV show Jhalak Dikhla Ja, wouldn't believe she was a terrible dancer before getting trained by her choreographer Hanif. Cupid struck the two and now they are back to doing what they loved doing together - dancing. The duo is back with a bang to sway to the tunes of Bollywood songs for the third season of Star Plus's reality show Nach Baliye which hits the telly today.

"You should have noticed me in a song in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. I was standing on the top of a gaadi, and my dress was dancing more than I was," she giggles.

"I took up dance shows because I wanted to rectify my image of a bad dancer," says Pooja, who entirely credits her choreographer-turned-baliye for her performance in Jhalak...

"I have realised that if you put your mind into it, dancing comes naturally to you," adds Pooja.<b1>

On being asked how different it was dancing for Nach Baliye 3 if compared with her earlier show Jhalak…, pat comes Pooja's reply, "Jhalak… had an entirely different format. There, a celeb was paired with a choreographer. Moreover, people from all walks of life participated in Jhalak... In Nach Baliye 3, you are paired with your loved one and Hanif who was my choreographer in the previous show is now dancing with me as my baliye. So it's great."

Besides the show itself, Pooja is equally excited about the choreography of the show that will be more Bollywoodish.

"There would be a lot of jhatka, matka and a Bollywood kind of dancing. You'll see Hanif throwing me up and down like a feather in the show," says a beaming Pooja Bedi.

Did Pooja learn a step or a two from Rakhi Sawant, who's also participating in the show with beau Abhishek Awasthi?<b2>

"Oh yes, she told me things like chhati ko bahar karo, thumka lagao. Rakhi is really good at jhatkas and matkas."

The current season of the show would be hosted by last season's (Nach Baliye 2) winning jodi - Tina and Hussain. Says Tina, "I never danced in my life. Thanks to our choreographer and hard work we put in that we could win the show. I believe that apart from dancing skills and couple chemistry, shock value is important to keep the viewers interested in such shows."

The show also promises to shock the audience with a different format that will require participants to dance in tough situations.

Kashmera Shah, who last sizzled in reality TV show Bigg Boss, has also pinned her hope on the dance show. "Talent does not need a résumé. Here the judges are strict and they give us excellent suggestions."

Kashmera, however, refused to comment on Rakhi, one of her inmates in the Bigg Boss house. "Neither I have talked about her behind the back in Bigg Boss nor I will do that now."

Nach Baliye 3 would be featuring ten jodis this time that includes Sweta Keswani & Alexx O' Neil, Karan Patel & Amita Chanderkar, Rakhi Sawant & Abhishek Awasthi, Shakti Kapoor & Shivangi Kapoor, Vikas Sethi & Amita Sethi, Karan Grover & Kavita Kaushik, Amit Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh, Kiran Janjani & Ritu Janjani apart from Pooja Bedi & Hanif Hilal and Kashmera Shah & Krushna Abhishek who were present in the capital to promote the show.
