Mehra was rather shy and was finding it difficult to execute the sequence since he’s only just begun shooting with Hina Khan after their characters were married.

To make things easier for him, Hina Khan was made to stand on a chair, so he could lift her easily. And the scene was okayed in a single take.

But later Mehra was heard cribbing that he was tired after picking up his colleague. Reportedly, the on-screen couple will now be honeymooning at home and not at an exotic location. Aww!
