HBO released the teaser for next week’s showdown, titled very appropriately, The Battle of Bastards. It will be fought between Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton (earlier Snow) and is going to be pretty epic. We can feel it.

What time is it? It is time for what millions of Game of Thrones fans have waited for for an entire year: Episode 9.

Ramsay looks pretty smug with that horrible smile on his face and he still has Rickon as his captive. We just hope that smile has nothing to do with that. (HBO)

On the scale of hyped to HYPED, how hyped are you?

The producers are promising that the episode will be the show’s biggest ever. The battle is supposed to be more epic than Stannis’ army’s storming King’s Landing in Season 2 and the Hardhome episode in Season 5, both of which are often quoted to be two of the best episodes of the series.

Jon’s men are still quite outnumbered, even with the 62 good men provided by Lady Lyanna Mormont. If only she could fight too. Ramsay would’ve had no chance at winning then. However, Jon still has the wildlings by his side, and the giant Wun Wun, and hopefully, Brienne.

In a scene from the teaser, Jon tells Melisandre not to bring him back if he dies this time. And yeah, the fans are not gonna let that happen again, Jon.

The episode will premiere in India on Monday, 20 June.
