PM Modi reiterated his ‘Yuvraj’ dig at Rahul Gandhi, calling him a start up by Congress which neither lifts nor launches. “They have made a start-up for their 'Yuvraj'. But he is a non-starter, he neither lifts nor launches,” PM Modi said in Parliament.
