From Moderna seeking clearance for emergency use to Delhi government capping RT-PCR test, here are the top updates on the pandemic. Prime Minister Narendra Modi to chair an all-party meeting to discuss Covid-19 situation in India on December 4. PM Modi had earlier held a virtual meeting with a group of chief ministers to discuss the Covid-19 situation. Meanwhile, the Delhi government has decided to cap the RT-PCR test in the capital to Rs 800. The price has been slashed for private labs and hospitals.
