Veena Malik tells why she went missing

Downplaying speculations about her sudden disappearance, Pakistan actress Veena Malik said that she had been in isolation for some peace of mind as she was irked by the constant criticism she received and it had adversely affected her emotionally and physically. Talking to mediapersons, Veena said she had contacted her friend and Bollywood actor, Ashmit Patel before checking into a hotel to rest and stay away from the limelight.
