Lok Sabha got off to a rocky start on Tuesday as Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla warned he would suspend members who disrupt proceedings of the house. The Congress insisted on having a discussion on the Delhi violence even as the government said that the issue could be raised in the zero hour.
