Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sadananda Gowda commented on the ongoing political drama in Karnataka. When asked about the resignation of 11 MLAs from the ruling coalition of Congress and Janata Dal (Secular), Gowda said that the BJP was ready to form the government if invited by the Governor. He also said that BS Yeddyurappa would be the CM if the party came to power. The Karnataka government, led by HD Kumaraswamy, is staring at possible collapse after almost a dozen legislators visited the Speaker's office to tender their resignation.
