Watch: Couple stranded due to heavy flooding rescued in Arunachal Pradesh

Heavy rain has created havoc in parts of Arunachal Pradesh. A couple, stranded due to heavy flooding, was rescued by police and East Siang District Disaster Management Agency. The couple was stranded at Sibo Korong River in Pasighat.
