Watch: India envoy shakes hand with Pak journalists after UNSC meet on Kashmir

India's Ambassador to the United Nations walked up to Pakistani journalists and shook hands. Syed Akbaruddin made the gesture after he was asked about beginning a dialogue with Pakistan. The Indian envoy said that Article 370 is country's internal matter. Akbaruddin was briefing the media after UNSC's closed door meeting on Kashmir issue.
