Kamal Haasan allies with Mamata Banerjee for LS polls in Andaman-Nicobar

Actor-politician Kamal Haasan met All India Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal's Howrah to finalise a pact between Makkal Needhi Maiam and the TMC for the Lok Sabha elections in Andaman and Nicobar islands. A TMC candidate will contest from the sole seat in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and will be supported by Kamal's Makkal Needhi Maiam. After the meeting, Kamal Haasan addressed the media and expressed hope that the political relationship with Mamata evolves.
