Kumaraswamy meets DK Shivakumar, says he’s a victim of political vengeance

Former Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy met jailed Congress leader DK Shivakumar in Tihar jail. After the meeting, Kumaraswamy said that Shivakumar was a victim of political vengeance and added that the Congress strongman is mentally very strong and will fight it through. Kumaraswamy also said that this was a personal visit and not a political one. Shivakumar was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in September in connection with a money laundering case.
