National capital engulfed in fog

The national capital woke up to a foggy morning. A thick blanket of fog engulfed the union territory creating problems for the commuters as both air and road traffic witnessed a setback. At least 28 trains arriving in Delhi were delayed, 10 rescheduled and one was cancelled due to the extreme weather conditions and other operational reasons.
