Former J&K chief minister and National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah says that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tried his best to engage Pakistan to address the Kashmir issue among other things. “But when terrorism continued to grow, PM Modi lost faith that Pakistan that will mend its ways,” says Farooq Abdullah. The National Conference chief however points out that the time is now ripe for the BJP government to review its stance given the new regime in Pakistan. “Let's believe the new Pak PM Imran Khan when he talks friendship,” says Abdullah.
