PM Modi, other parliamentarians pay tribute to 2001 Parliament attack victims

Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to people who lost lives in 2001 Parliament attack. Other parliamentarians also paid respect to the victims of the attack. On December 13, 2001, five terrorists attacked Parliament complex and opened fire while the Lok Sabha was in session. The terrorists were from Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad. At least nine people were killed in the attack. All five terrorists were neutralised outside the Parliament building.
