Massive protests in the United States over the death of a Black man named Daniel Prude. Protesters gathered outside Rochester's Public Safety Building on Wednesday. The building serves as the police headquarters. As per reports, Daniel Prude died of suffocation on March 30. He was declared dead a week after the police officials put hood on him. Prude's encounter with police in Rochester was caught on camera. His death received no public attention until Wednesday after his family held a news conference and released police body camera video. “How did you see him and not directly say, 'The man is defenseless, buck naked on the ground. He's cuffed up already. Come on.' How many more brothers gotta die for society to understand that this needs to stop?” Prude's brother, Joe Prude, asked at the news conference. The video showed police officials putting a hood over his head and pressing his face into the pavement for nearly two minutes. The video clip showed that Prude was naked at the time of incident. He was from Chicago and had just arrived in Rochester for a visit with his family.
