About The Video

After the six days of continuous hearing in the Triple Talaq case, the Supreme Court on Thursday concluded arguments and reserved its verdict, which is expected to come out in July. Senior advocate Salman Khurshid briefed the hearing of the Supreme Court and said that today was the final day for the replies to be given by those who felt that they had something in response to suggest whatever arguments were made by the opposition. Essentially the focus remained on what is the fundamental area the Shariat law occupied and whether Triple Talaq is an integral part of Shariat or personal law.
