about the video

Days after Congress President Rahul Gandhi promised to implement a minimum income scheme if elected to power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a counter attack. Kicking off his re-election campaign from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, Modi blamed Congress for failing to have bank accounts opened for poor individuals for 70 years.
