Anti-CAA protests | Stone pelting and arson in Gorakhpur, Bulandshahr

Incidents of stone-pelting between protester and police personnel were reported on Friday from Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur. Mobile services have been suspended in 14 districts of UP. In Bulandshahr, a vehicle was set on fire during the demonstration. People have been protesting in different parts of UP against the amended Citizenship Act. Section 144 has been imposed in the state. Earlier, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said he will confiscate properties of those involved in violence and the damage to public properties will be compensated from it.
