Underground bunkers are being constructed in Uri along the LoC to give locals some relief during ceasefire violations by Pakistan. The administration plans to build 18 such bunkers and work on 6 is already underway. These bunkers will be equipped with all facilities so people can take shelter. Each community bunker will consist of two rooms and a washroom. Locals in the area are heaving a sigh of relief as these bunkers will come to their rescue during ceasefire violations by Pakistan.
