Watch: Man tied to a tree, face blackened & thrashed for eloping with minor

A man was tied to a tree and mercilessly thrashed in Ludhiana for allegedly eloping with a minor girl. After they were allegedly caught by the girl's family members, the boy was tied to a tree, his face blackened and a garland of shoes was placed on his neck. Many people can be seen taking videos but none came forward to help the youth. Police have now registered a case after the video went viral on social media. Watch the full video for all the details.
