Watch | Security up as Amma’s supporters gather outside Apollo Hospital

Supporters and well-wishers of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa gathered outside Apollo Hospital in Chennai after her condition was reported critical following a cardiac arrest last night. Police personnel in large numbers have been deployed and the area outside the hospital has been barricaded to control the crowd. Central Police Reserve Force (CRPF) has also been put on high alert. A team of doctors from AIIMS headed to Chennai.
