Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste participated in a Ramlila event in the capital and played the role of Agastya Muni. The minister was wearing a saffron robe, beads and enthralled the audience. Agastya Muni is a character from the epic Ramayana who meets Ram during exile and teaches him about Kingship.
