Army Chief warns of infiltration from the Pakistani side

Army chief General Deepak Kapoor in Jammu said that Pakistan wants to push maximum number of terrorists across the border. The general said this while handing over India's highest war memorial named Balidaan Stambh to the state Chief Omar Abdullah.
