BJP criticises plan panel for toilet expenditure

BJP senior leader Balbir Punj took potshots at the ruling Congress party. According to the RTI application filed by activist Subhash Agrawal, the Planning commission has spent Rs 35 lakh on renovating two toilets at its headquarters Yojana Bhawan.
