Cong hopeful of convincing SP on quota in promotions

Upbeat about the government's latest victory in Parliament on the issue of allowing FDI in multi-brand retail, the Congress party is hopeful of persuading Samajwadi Party into an agreement on the issue of promotion for SCs and STs in government jobs.
