Congress spokesperson, Bhakta Charan Das on Sunday refused to comment on senior BJP MP and deputy leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, Gopinath Munde's revelations that he spent a whopping 8 crore rupees on his election campaign in the last Lok Sabha polls.
