Court rules in favour of sex change

The Bombay High Court has granted permission to Bidhan Barua, who was seeking for a sex change, saying that there is no such law that prevents sex change in our country. The court mentioned that Baruah is an adult and mature to take his own decision but the process for sex change should be transparent no illegal activities should take place on the side lines. Contented over the court's decision, Barua said that he is happy to get the positive response from the court.
