Criminal protests for development of village

In order to apply pressure on the administration and the government to develop Kushinagar, a young man climbed a telecom pole at the platform number 6 of the Charbagh Railway Station and remained there till certain measures were not taken. He is reportedly a criminal with 21 cases in his name.
