Delhi CM announces relief of Rs 10 cr for U'khand

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has announced relief of Rs 10 crore for flood hit state Uttarakhand. She also expressed grief over the widespread destruction and lives claimed by natural calamity.
