Enquiry ordered into Uttarakhand’s fake encounter

In a development to the fake encounter case in Uttarakhand, where a youth was killed by a police, a probe into the matter has been ordered. Ranbir Singh, a 24-year-old MBA student was killed in the encounter that took place in Dehradun on Friday. The body was handed over to his relatives after a post mortem on Saturday. Ranbir's brother said that the victim was innocent and was framed.
