Food bill aimed to provide quality food: KV Thomas

Food Minister, KV Thomas on Monday stated in Rajya Sabha that the Food Bill is aimed to provide quality food with nutritional security. Faced with an unruly parliament, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's coalition government resorted to an executive order to implement the programme.
