Hafiz Saeed is free to roam around: Pak High Commissioner

Pakistan High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit said that Hafiz Saeed is a Pakistani national and he is free to go anywhere he wants to. Basit said this while replying to a reporter's question on India's most wanted man roaming around openly in Pakistan.
