India FDI inflows in July up 56 pct: Anand Sharma

India's Trade Minister Anand Sharma on Thursday said that the foreign direct investment flows into India were up 56 per cent from the same month in 2008, although they were down about 15 per cent for the first four months of the 2009/10 fiscal year that began in April.
