India offers to resume talks with Pak, but not with LeT

Addressing media persons after the conclusion of the Conference of Chief Ministers on Internal and External Security in New Delhi, Home Minister P Chidambaram dismissed militant outfit Lashkar-e Taeba chief Haafiz Saeed's offer for dialogue by contending India would be holding talks with the government of Pakistan and not the 'dark forces'.
