Jail authorities initiate computer literacy programme for inmates in Bihar

With the aim to educate and make the inmates self-reliant, the jail authorities in Bihar have initiated a computer literacy programme in three jails across the state. Giving the details of the highlight of the programme, Inspector General, Prison, Anand Kishore, said that the prisoners would be given certificates once they complete their training programme.
