Juvenile should be treated as per law, not by emotions: Defence Lawyer (Part 2)

Defense lawyer for the juvenile accused in the December 16 Delhi gangrape case, AP Singh said that a maximum of 3 years punishment is what the accused could get, as per the law of the country. He also added that the verdict should not be driven by public emotions but as per the law.
